Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations before November 12, 2010 are refundable, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received after November 12, 2010 and before December 31, 2010 are refundable less 50%.
Cancellations after December 31, 2010 are non-refundable. Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from the original registrant. Skin Disease Education Foundation is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. No shows are not eligible for refunds. Registration refunds will be processed within 60 days following the meeting.

The registration fee covers attendance to the scientific meeting, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, exhibits and social events. Guest registration fee covers attendance to the continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, exhibits and social events and NO ADMITTANCE to the scientific meeting or lunches.
