Cancellation Policy
Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees. You must write, email or fax your cancellation request. There is a cancellation fee of $100 per registrant for cancellations received on or before March 19, 2010. All cancellations received after March 19, 2010 will be assessed a fifty (50%) cancellation penalty. There are no refunds for cancellations after April 30, 2010. "No shows" are not eligible for refunds.
