Cancellation Policy
Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all registration fees. You must write, e-mail, or fax your cancellation request. There is a registration cancellation fee of 25% of your registration rate for cancellations received 90 days (3/11/2011) prior to the event. There is a registration cancellation fee of 50% of your registration rate for cancellations received 60 days (4/10/2011) prior to the event. There are no refunds for cancellations after 30 days (5/10/2011) prior to the event. "No shows" are not eligible for refunds. Registration refunds will be processed within 60 days of the meeting. Skin Disease Education Foundation is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. The registration fee covers attendance to the scientific meeting, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and exhibits.

Via phone you may make hotel reservations by calling 1-888-627-7219 and referring to the Summit in Aesthetic Medicine Conference. You may also go to www.globalacademycme.com – Summit in Aesthetic Medicine 2011, click on “Online Reservations”, to make reservations over the internet. The preferred conference rate is $225. Room rates do not include the following charges that will be posted to your account daily: $3 daily housekeeping gratuity, $3 tourism business improvement district tax, and room tax of 10.16%, in addition to a one-time $12 per person porterage charge. The daily resort charge has been waived. Other optional fees include $2 golf bag storage and $15 daily valet parking. Please see hotel website for deposit and cancellation information.
