Cancellation Policy
Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all registration fees. You must write (5635 Fishers Lane Suite 6000, Rockville, MD 20852), e-mail (n.rillo@elsevier.com), or fax (866-401-8609) your cancellation request. There is a registration cancellation fee of 25% of your registration rate for cancellations received 90 days (3/1/2012) prior to the event. There is a registration cancellation fee of 50% of your registration rate for cancellations received 60 days (4/1/2012) prior to the event. There are no refunds for cancellations after 30 days (5/1/2012) prior to the event. "No shows" are not eligible for refunds. Registration refunds will be processed within 60 days of the meeting. Skin Disease Education Foundation is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. The registration fee covers attendance to the scientific meeting, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and exhibits.
Registrants please note that registering for the meeting gives GAME permission to list registrant’s name in conference materials and attendance at the meeting gives GAME permission to use photos* taken at the conference on GAME website and promotional materials.

Early Departure Fee
If you check out prior to your reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of (1) night’s accommodation will be charged to your credit card. To avoid an early checkout fee you MUST advise the St. Regis at or before check-in of any change in your scheduled length of stay.
