AAD Continuing Medical Education Recognition Award
Skin Disease Education Foundation’s Cosmetic Dermatology Seminar 2010TM, (course 406-100) has been recognized by the AAD for 19 Category 1 CME credits and may be used toward the AAD Continuing Medical Education Award. Each physician should claim only those credit hours equivalent to time spent in educational sessions. There will be an attendance form which you must sign in daily to receive your CME certificate.We seek your compliance. We will collect AAD Green cards on May 15, 2010, after completion of the scientific program and return all cards to the AAD office.

Cancellation Policy
Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all fees. You must write, email or fax your cancellation request. There is a cancellation fee of $100 per registrant for cancellations received on or before March 19, 2010. All cancellations received after March 19, 2010 will be assessed a fifty (50%) cancellation penalty. There are no refunds for cancellations after April 30, 2010. "No shows" are not eligible for refunds.
