Cancellation Policy
Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all registration
fees. You must e-mail nick@sdefderm.com, or fax your cancellation request to 866.401.8609.
There is a registration cancellation fee of 25% of your registration rate for cancellations received 90 days (07/21/2012) prior to the event. There is a registration cancellation fee of 50% of your registration rate for cancellations received 60 days (08/20/2012) prior to the event. There are no refunds for cancellations after 30 days (9/19/2012) prior to the event. “No shows” are not eligible for refunds. Registration refunds will be processed within 60 days of the meeting. Skin Disease Education Foundation is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. The participant registration fee covers attendance to the scientific meeting, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks and exhibits.
PLEASE NOTE that registering for the meeting gives Global Academy for Medical Education LLC permission to list registrant’s name in conference materials and attendance at the meeting gives Global Academy for Medical Education LLC permission to use photos taken at the conference on the conference website and in promotional materials; faces will not be visible in any photos of attendees unless permission to show faces is requested and received.
