Clinician's Registration

Includes educational program sessions, course materials, breakfasts associated with the educational sessions, lunches which may be provided as part of the program, and the Opening Reception.

Optional Dermoscopy Workshop

*Opening Reception Guests

The Opening Reception takes place on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 and has a seperate fee for spouse/guests. A ticket must be purchased upon registering for any guest over age five wishing to attend. Prices listed above.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund less a $50 administrative fee as follows: requests for refunds must be made in writing and postmarked, e-mailed, or faxed prior to December 6, 2019 (Global Academy for Medical Education, LLC, 7 Century Drive – Suite 301 Parsippany, NJ 07054), e-mail - m.palermo@globalacademycme.com or fax (201-822-6114). After December 6, 2019 no refunds will be granted.

After the refund date, you have two options: you can send someone in your place, or we can mark a credit in the amount you paid less a $50 administrative fee to be applied to your registration for next year’s conference. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows. Global Academy for Medical Education is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for attendance at this course. The registration fee covers attendance to the scientific meeting, continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches when provided, and exhibits.

Registering for the meeting gives Global Academy for Medical Education permission to list registrant’s name in conference materials as well sending notification emails to attendees about independent symposium events that may take place during the dates of the conference. Attendance at the meeting gives Global Academy for Medical Education permission to use photos* taken at the conference on the conference website and in promotional materials.

Global Academy for Medical Education and accredited provider, University of Louisville, reserve the right to modify the program content, faculty and program activities. We also reserve the right to cancel the activity if necessary. If the activity is cancelled, liability is limited to the registration fee.
